Aloo Tacos are crispy taco shells filled with spicy Indian-style potato stuffing and topped with fresh veggies and sauces for a delicious fusion snack.

Ingredients

  • Boiled potatoes-500g (mashed)
  • Green chilli-4-6g (finely chopped)
  • Ginger- 4-6g (grated/finely chopped)
  • Coriander leaves- 10g (finely chopped)
  • Fennel powder- 2g
  • Cumin powder- 2g
  • Black pepper powder- 2g
  • Red chilli powder- 2g
  • Turmeric powder- 1g
  • Lemon juice- 1 lemon
  • Salt to taste
  • Cheese grated/slice- 40-60g
  • Red chilli sauce- 30g
  • Tortillas/ roti - 6pc
  • Onion- 40g (finely chopped)

Directions

  1. Place a tortilla on a clean flat surface.
  2. Spread red chilli sauce evenly on one half of the tortilla.
  3. Add the prepared spicy potato mixture over the sauce and spread it evenly.
  4. Top with finely chopped raw onions and grated cheese.
  5. Fold the tortilla in half to create a semi-circle. Carefully cut the folded tortilla into two halves to create taco-style portions. Assemble this on bake tray & slide the tray into Level1.
  6. Move the SmartSwitch to Air Fry Mode, select airfry function at 180°C for 10minutes (flip in between).
  7. Carefully remove the tacos and serve hot with salsa, mint chutney, or sour cream.
