Ingredients
- Boiled potatoes-500g (mashed)
- Green chilli-4-6g (finely chopped)
- Ginger- 4-6g (grated/finely chopped)
- Coriander leaves- 10g (finely chopped)
- Fennel powder- 2g
- Cumin powder- 2g
- Black pepper powder- 2g
- Red chilli powder- 2g
- Turmeric powder- 1g
- Lemon juice- 1 lemon
- Salt to taste
- Cheese grated/slice- 40-60g
- Red chilli sauce- 30g
- Tortillas/ roti - 6pc
- Onion- 40g (finely chopped)
Directions
- Place a tortilla on a clean flat surface.
- Spread red chilli sauce evenly on one half of the tortilla.
- Add the prepared spicy potato mixture over the sauce and spread it evenly.
- Top with finely chopped raw onions and grated cheese.
- Fold the tortilla in half to create a semi-circle. Carefully cut the folded tortilla into two halves to create taco-style portions. Assemble this on bake tray & slide the tray into Level1.
- Move the SmartSwitch to Air Fry Mode, select airfry function at 180°C for 10minutes (flip in between).
- Carefully remove the tacos and serve hot with salsa, mint chutney, or sour cream.
