Warranty Policy

This website www.SharkNinja.in is owned by SharkNinja APAC Holding PTE Ltd (“Shark Ninja”) and is duly authorized to use the said website in India. This website is operated by Cavitak Global Commerce Pvt Ltd (“Cavitak”) in India and are the current Sellers are Cavitak Global Commerce Pvt Ltd.

We warrant Shark Ninja-branded products, Shark Ninja-branded accessories (“Shark Ninja Product”) and all other SharkNinja products that are sold by Cavitak Global Commerce Pvt Ltd against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with our published guidelines for a period of two (2) years from the date of delivery to the end-user purchaser ("Warranty Period"). Our published guidelines include but are not limited to information contained in technical specifications, user manuals and service communications.

The warranty commences on the date of purchase and expires at the end of the two (2)-year period. In the unlikely event of a defect due to faulty materials or workmanship within the warranty period we will replace the defective/faulty part with a new part/product, free of charge, or if the unit is deemed defective/faulty we replace the unit with an equivalent or upgraded model, at our discretion. For warranty claims, you will need to submit a proof of purchase in the form of a valid receipt that displays date and place of purchase. Replacement items will be covered by the limited warranty for the balance of the warranty period from the original date of purchase. Any personal data collected through this warranty process will be used for warranty-related purposes and for marketing communications, subject to the customer’s right to opt out. All data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Data Privacy

Any personal data collected during the warranty process will be used solely for warranty-related purposes. Marketing communications will only be sent with the customer’s explicit consent, in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

What is not covered by this warranty? we are not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the Shark Ninja Product’s use. This Warranty does not apply:

  1. to consumable parts, such as protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; 
  2. to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship;
  3. to damage caused by use with a third party component or product that does not meet the Shark Ninja Product’s specifications;
  4. to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, earthquake or other external cause; (e) to damage caused by operating the Shark Ninja Product outside Shark Ninja’s published guidelines; 
  5. to a Shark Ninja Product that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of Shark Ninja or
  6. to damage caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the Shark Ninja Product.
  7. Components that are subject to natural wear and tear (for instance in AIR PURIFIER, including, but not limited to HEPA filters, odor neutralizer cartridges, mesh dust screen/filters.) caused by normal use in accordance with operating instructions. Replacement parts are available for purchase at www. sharkninja.in or reach out to us at customerservice@sharkninja.in.
  8. In case, model number, serial number, or production date code on the product has been altered, removed, or is no longer legible.
  9. Unauthorised/ improper maintenance/ handling or overload is excluded from this warranty.
  10. Repairs or alterations carried out by repair persons not authorized by SharkNinja. 
  11. Accidental damage including, but not limited to, transit, weather, electrical outages or power sags/surges. 
  12. Damage resulting from use not in accordance with the rating plate. 
  13. Removal of blockages. If a blockage does occur, please refer to the trouble shooting guide within your Shark Operating manual. 
  14. Use of parts and accessories that are not genuine Shark components. 
  15. Products purchased, used, or operated outside India.

These exclusions apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.

How to obtain warranty or warranty service?

To use the warranty service, please contact us at customerservice@SharkNinja.in and don't forget to mention your order number and a detailed description of the defect. You have to respond to questions designed to assist with diagnosing potential issues and follow Cavitak Global Commerce Pvt Ltd’s procedures for obtaining warranty service. Important: Do not attempt to open the Shark Ninja Product or remove any protective caps/covers attached to the Shark Ninja Product Opening the Shark Ninja Product or removing protective caps/covers may cause damage that is not covered by this Warranty. Only Cavitak Global Commerce Pvt Ltd should perform service on this Shark Ninja Product.

For the purposes of this Warranty, Cavitak is the authorized seller and service provider in India, and all warranty obligations shall be fulfilled by Cavitak. Shark Ninja remains the brand owner and may provide support as required.

Limitation of liability EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN THIS WARRANTY AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHARK NINJA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF USE; LOSS OF REVENUE; LOSS OF ACTUAL OR ANTICIPATED PROFITS (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS ON CONTRACTS); LOSS OF THE USE OF MONEY; LOSS OF ANTICIPATED SAVINGS; LOSS OF BUSINESS; LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY; LOSS OF GOODWILL; LOSS OF REPUTATION; LOSS OF, DAMAGE TO, COMPROMISE OR CORRUPTION OF DATA; OR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE HOWSOEVER CAUSED INCLUDING THE REPLACEMENT OF EQUIPMENT AND PROPERTY, ANY COSTS OF RECOVERING, PROGRAMMING, OR REPRODUCING ANY PROGRAM OR DATA STORED IN OR USED WITH THE SHARK NINJAPRODUCT OR ANY FAILURE TO MAINTAIN THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF INFORMATION STORED ON THE SHARK NINJA PRODUCT. LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY SHALL IN NO EVENT EXCEED THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT. THE FOREGOING LIMITATION SHALL NOT APPLY TO DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CLAIMS, OR ANY STATUTORY LIABILITY FOR INTENTIONAL AND GROSS NEGLIGENT ACTS AND/OR OMISSIONS. SOME STATES (COUNTRIES AND PROVINCES) DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

General If any term is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms shall not be affected or impaired. This Warranty is governed by and construed under the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. This does not affect any statutory rights of consumers to approach forums under applicable law
