In India, the website is operated and products are sold by Cavitak Global Commerce Pvt. Ltd. (“Cavitak”), the authorized seller and service provider for SharkNinja products in India.
For purchases made via www.SharkNinja.in in India, the contracting entity and seller of record is Cavitak Global Commerce Pvt Ltd (“Cavitak”). SharkNinja APAC Holding PTE Ltd (“SharkNinja”) is the brand owner and may provide product information and support, while Cavitak is responsible for order processing, invoicing, and consumer after-sales service in India, including refunds and returns, while SharkNinja remains the brand owner.

Please note: This policy applies to all products except the Ninja Blast Portable Cordless Blender SKUs and is valid only for orders placed on or after 1st December 2025.
- 14 Day Exchanges/Returns
You can return any item purchased from our official website (www.SharkNinja.in) within 14 days of delivery, subject to the return conditions stated in this Policy. This policy is only valid for purchases made directly through our site. Orders placed via third-party sellers, retail outlets, or unauthorized platforms are not eligible. This 14-day window supersedes any prior references to a 30-day period.
Note: Items sold on Clearance are not eligible for returns as all sales are final.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Valid only for purchases made directly through www.sharkninja.in
- Applicable only to first-time purchase of the product model by the customer.
- Products that have undergone repairs, alterations, or tampering within the 14-day window are not eligible
- Product out of Stock – For Products that are no longer in stock, we provide full refund to keep your shopping experience at www.SharkNinja.in hassle free.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging, with all tags intact.
- The original invoice must be included.
- Our authorized logistic partner will arrive at customer’s address and will inspect the product against the given checklist, take photos and upload in CRM. If the complete product along with accessories, manuals, attachments and packaging material is present than product will be picked up.
- Reverse Pickup or Self-Ship: If reverse pickup is unavailable for your pincode and you self-ship with prior approval, reasonable shipping costs will be reimbursed upon submission of proof of payment.
- Once we receive your return, it will go through a quick quality check before the refund is initiated.

Prepaid Orders – If approved, refunds will be done in the original source of payment used by customer.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Refunds for COD orders are issued via bank transfer only. Please ensure that your bank account details are accurate, as refunds cannot be processed via cash or any other method. Bank details provided will be used solely for refund purposes and handled securely in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within as soon as possible preferably within 48 Hours of Delivery. with clear photos or a video of the issue.
- Once verified, we’ll issue a full refund or replacement, based on what’s most appropriate.
- Please note: Returns may be declined if the damage is determined to have occurred after delivery.

This policy is only applicable to orders placed on our official website. Shark Ninja is not responsible for return or refund requests for products bought via:

- Social media resellers
- Offline or retail stores
