- Boiled Potatoes-225g
- Green Chillies-3g
- Ginger-3g
- Coriander Leaves-6g
- Oil-3g
- Salt-to taste
- Fennel Powder-1g
- Cumin Powder-1g
- Coriander Powder-1g
- Black Pepper Powder-0.5g
- Puff Pastry Sheets-6 to 8 pcs
Directions
- Mash the boiled potatoes.
- In a bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, salt, fennel powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, ginger, green chillies, and black pepper powder.
- Mix well and add the chopped coriander leaves.
- Place the filling onto the puff pastry sheets and seal the edges.
- Air Fry at 180°C for 12 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
