  • Boiled Potatoes-225g
  • Green Chillies-3g
  • Ginger-3g
  • Coriander Leaves-6g
  • Oil-3g
  • Salt-to taste
  • Fennel Powder-1g
  • Cumin Powder-1g
  • Coriander Powder-1g
  • Black Pepper Powder-0.5g
  • Puff Pastry Sheets-6 to 8 pcs

Directions

  1. Mash the boiled potatoes.
  2. In a bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, salt, fennel powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, ginger, green chillies, and black pepper powder.
  3. Mix well and add the chopped coriander leaves.
  4. Place the filling onto the puff pastry sheets and seal the edges.
  5. Air Fry at 180°C for 12 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
