Ingredients

  • Large cube - paneer 200g
  • Hung curd - 80g
  • Achar oil - 10g
  • Big cube - bell pepper 80g
  • Large cube - onion 40g
  • Salt as per taste
  • Tandoori masala - 3g

Directions

  1. Prepare veggies & paneer as per mentioned in it. Keep aside. In a bowl, mix hung curd, achar oil, spices, and salt.
  2. Add paneer, onion, and capsicum. Mix gently to coat. Marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. Arrange paneer and veggies in the air fryer basket OR arrange these on wooden skewers and put this on airfryer basket.
  4. Air fry at 180°C for 15 minutes, turning halfway. Serve hot.
