Ingredients

  • Cauliflower (bite-sized florets) – 250–300g
  • All-Purpose Flour – 30g
  • Corn Starch – 15g
  • Red Chilli Powder – 0.5g
  • Garlic Powder – 0.5g
  • Salt – 2.5g
  • Water – as required for semi-thick batter

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, add all-purpose flour, corn starch, red chilli powder, garlic powder, and salt.
  2. Add water gradually and prepare a semi-thick batter.
  3. Add cauliflower florets into the batter and coat evenly.
  4. Arrange the coated cauliflower florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Select Air Fry Mode at 180°C for 15 minutes.
  6. Shake the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  7. Once golden and crispy, toss hot with sauce. Serve with choice of dip.
