Ingredients
- Cauliflower (bite-sized florets) – 250–300g
- All-Purpose Flour – 30g
- Corn Starch – 15g
- Red Chilli Powder – 0.5g
- Garlic Powder – 0.5g
- Salt – 2.5g
- Water – as required for semi-thick batter
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, add all-purpose flour, corn starch, red chilli powder, garlic powder, and salt.
- Add water gradually and prepare a semi-thick batter.
- Add cauliflower florets into the batter and coat evenly.
- Arrange the coated cauliflower florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Select Air Fry Mode at 180°C for 15 minutes.
- Shake the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- Once golden and crispy, toss hot with sauce. Serve with choice of dip.
