Air Fryer Medu Vada
Crispy and fluffy South Indian medu vadas made easily in the air fryer using ready-to-use or fermented batter with minimal oil.

Ingredients
- Medu Vada Batter (ready-to-use / in-house fermented) – 200–220g
- Oil – 20ml
Directions
- Add oil into the medu vada batter and mix well.
- Lightly grease your hands and shape the batter into vadas (donut shape).
- Place the shaped vadas in a greased air fryer basket.
- Lightly brush or spray oil on top of the vadas.
- Select Air Fry Mode at 180°C for 15 minutes and press START/STOP.
- Flip halfway through for even cooking (optional but recommended).
- Cook until golden and crisp.
- Serve hot with coconut chutney or sambar.
