Air Fryer Snack Platter

These 4 recipes are designed to be cooked together in Ninja Double Stack 7.6L- SL300IN: A delicious air-fryer platter featuring crispy low-oil fries, smoky yogurt-marinated mushrooms, fusion tandoori naan pizza with cheesy toppings, and lightly spiced makhana, all perfectly cooked to a crunchy, flavorful finish.

Ingredients

  • Button mushrooms 250-270g
  • Ginger-garlic paste 10 g
  • Gram flour (besan) 30-35g
  • Oil 15ml
  • Salt 3 – 5 g
  • Tandoori masala 10g
  • Coriander leaves (chopped) 4 – 8 g
  • Lemon juice 3 – 5 g ,
  • Hung curd- 50-60g
  • Frozen fries- 100-150g
  • Garlic naan breads 2 pieces (160–200 g total, depending on size)
  • Paneer (cubed) 150 g
  • Hung curd 60 g
  • Tandoori masala 8 g
  • Salt 2 g or to taste
  • Lemon juice 15 g
  • Oil 15 g
  • Red onion (sliced) 25 g
  • Bell pepper (sliced) 30 g
  • Mozzarella cheese (shredded) 30 g
  • Makhana 100g
  • Salt 3g
  • Red chilli powder 0.5gm
  • Chaat masala 1g
  • Black Pepper 0.4gm
  • Ghee 10g

Directions

  1. Clean and pat dry the mushrooms (avoid washing with too much water).
  2. In a bowl, mix ginger-garlic paste, besan, oil, salt, tandoori masala, curd and lemon juice.
  3. Add mushrooms and coat well with the marinade.
  4. Let it rest for 10–15 minutes for better flavor. Insert marinated mushrooms in wooden skewers put evenly in the air fryer upper basket (lower tray).
  5. Place frozen fries evenly in the upper basket on rack. Lightly spray oil (optional).
  6. Place air fryer paper/liner on the lower basket rack. Spread the fries evenly on the rack.
  7. In a bowl, mix yogurt, tandoori masala, salt, lemon juice, and oil. Add paneer cubes, veggies and coat well. Let it marinate for 10–15 minutes.
  8. Take ready-to-use garlic naan and place it on a tray. Spread the marinated paneer evenly over the naan. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  9. Add makhana, ghee, salt, red chilli powder, chaat masala, and black pepper into a bowl. Mix everything together well to coat evenly.
  10. Place air fryer paper/liner on the lower basket rack. Spread the makhana evenly on the rack.
  11. Press the button 1, select “air fry” function at 180°C for 15min.
  12. Press the button 2. select “roast” function at 160°C for 7 minutes.
  13. Press the key “sync”, you will get your food together
