Ingredients

  • Refined flour 125 gm
  • Salt 2–3 gm
  • Sugar 1 gm
  • Oil 30-40 gm
  • Water 40 gm/ one small teacup
  • Potatoes 375–400 gm
  • Green chillies 4–6 gm - finely chopped
  • Ginger 4–5 gm - finely chopped
  • Coriander leaves 5–8 gm- finely chopped
  • Salt to tase
  • Cumin powder 2gm
  • Coriander powder 2gm
  • Black pepper powder 1gm
  • Fennel powder 2gm

Directions

  1. Mix refined flour, salt, sugar, and oil. Add water gradually and knead into a soft dough. Cover and rest for 15–20 minutes.
  2. Boil and mash potatoes. Add green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves, prepared masala, ghee, and all dry spices. Mix well.
  3. Divide dough into small balls. Roll slightly, add filling, seal, and flatten gently (like stuffed paratha).
  4. Preheat air fryer at 180°C for 5 minutes.
  5. Place prepared pieces in the basket, brush lightly with oil/ghee.
  6. Air fry at 180°C for 15 minutes, flipping halfway for even cooking.
