Ingredients
- Refined flour 125 gm
- Salt 2–3 gm
- Sugar 1 gm
- Oil 30-40 gm
- Water 40 gm/ one small teacup
- Potatoes 375–400 gm
- Green chillies 4–6 gm - finely chopped
- Ginger 4–5 gm - finely chopped
- Coriander leaves 5–8 gm- finely chopped
- Salt to tase
- Cumin powder 2gm
- Coriander powder 2gm
- Black pepper powder 1gm
- Fennel powder 2gm
Directions
- Mix refined flour, salt, sugar, and oil. Add water gradually and knead into a soft dough. Cover and rest for 15–20 minutes.
- Boil and mash potatoes. Add green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves, prepared masala, ghee, and all dry spices. Mix well.
- Divide dough into small balls. Roll slightly, add filling, seal, and flatten gently (like stuffed paratha).
- Preheat air fryer at 180°C for 5 minutes.
- Place prepared pieces in the basket, brush lightly with oil/ghee.
- Air fry at 180°C for 15 minutes, flipping halfway for even cooking.
