Ingredients
- Arbi – 200 g
- Cumin Powder – 1.25 g
- Coriander Powder – 1.25 g
- Red Chilli Powder – 1.25 g
- Turmeric Powder – 0.5 g
- Salt to taste
- Lemon Juice – 1/2 lemon
- Oil – 10 ml
Directions
- Wash, peel, and cut the arbi into medium pieces.
- In a bowl, add arbi, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, lemon juice, and oil. Mix well until evenly coated.
- Transfer the seasoned arbi to the air fryer basket.
- Select ROAST mode, set the temperature to 180°C, and cook for 15 minutes.
- Stir in between cooking for even crisping.
- Once golden and crispy, remove and serve hot.
