Ingredients

  • Arbi – 200 g
  • Cumin Powder – 1.25 g
  • Coriander Powder – 1.25 g
  • Red Chilli Powder – 1.25 g
  • Turmeric Powder – 0.5 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon Juice – 1/2 lemon
  • Oil – 10 ml

Directions

  1. Wash, peel, and cut the arbi into medium pieces.
  2. In a bowl, add arbi, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, lemon juice, and oil. Mix well until evenly coated.
  3. Transfer the seasoned arbi to the air fryer basket.
  4. Select ROAST mode, set the temperature to 180°C, and cook for 15 minutes.
  5. Stir in between cooking for even crisping.
  6. Once golden and crispy, remove and serve hot.
