Ingredients

  • Corn Flour - 4g
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Black Pepper - 1.25g
  • Spaghetti Pasta - 180g
  • Water - 360ml
  • Milk - 100ml
  • Pesto paste - 150g
  • Cherry tomatoes - 30g
  • Finely chopped garlic - 10gm
  • Broccoli - 30g
  • Bell pepper - 60g
  • Olive oil - 10ml (spray/brush)
  • Cheese- 60gm
  • Garlic bread- 6pc
  • Butter-10g (for toasting bread)

Directions

  1. Place all Level 1 ingredients in combi pan, mix it well. Slide the pan into Level 1.
  2. Chopped the bell pepper and broccoli into desire shape and place these on bake tray.
  3. Spray/Brush some olive oil over it.
  4. Close the door and flip the SmartSwitch to COMBI COOKER mode. Select COMBI MEAL function, set temperature to 175°C and set time to 10minutes. Press START to begin cooking (the unit will steam for 5-7minutes before cooking).
  5. When 3minute left, open the door, mix broccoli and bell pepper into COMBI PAN with cooked pasta, drizzle cheese over it. Slide the pan into Level 1. Put garlic bread on Bake tray, slide the tray into Level2. Close the door & time will restart.
  6. When cooking is complete, remove pan and tray. Serve hot with garlic bread. Enjoy.
