Crispy bread rolls stuffed with spiced potato filling, air-fried until golden and crunchy outside with a soft, flavorful center.

Ingredients
- Boiled potatoes 350–400 gm
- Green chillies 4–6 gm - finely chopped
- Ginger 4–5gm - finely chopped
- Coriander leaves 5–8 gm- finely chopped
- Salt to taste
- Cumin powder 2gm
- Coriander powder 2gm
- Black pepper powder 1gm
- Fennel powder 2gm
- Bread slice - 8-10pc
- Water for dipping bread
- Oil for brushing
Directions
- Mashed boiled potatoes, mix all ingredients together, mentioned in “for stuffing”. Give it good mix.
- Take bread slices and trim edges if needed.
- Dip each slice quickly in water, then squeeze gently to remove excess water.
- Place a portion of potato stuffing (thick, paratha-style) in the center.
- Fold and roll tightly using the bread, sealing all edges properly.
- Repeat and assemble rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Lightly brush or spray oil on top.
- Select Max Crisp function for 15 minutes.
- Shake/turn halfway for even browning. Cook until golden and crispy, serve hot.
