Ingredients

  • Boiled potatoes 350–400 gm
  • Green chillies 4–6 gm - finely chopped
  • Ginger 4–5gm - finely chopped
  • Coriander leaves 5–8 gm- finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Cumin powder 2gm
  • Coriander powder 2gm
  • Black pepper powder 1gm
  • Fennel powder 2gm
  • Bread slice - 8-10pc
  • Water for dipping bread
  • Oil for brushing

Directions

  1. Mashed boiled potatoes, mix all ingredients together, mentioned in “for stuffing”. Give it good mix.
  2. Take bread slices and trim edges if needed.
  3. Dip each slice quickly in water, then squeeze gently to remove excess water.
  4. Place a portion of potato stuffing (thick, paratha-style) in the center.
  5. Fold and roll tightly using the bread, sealing all edges properly.
  6. Repeat and assemble rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Lightly brush or spray oil on top.
  7. Select Max Crisp function for 15 minutes.
  8. Shake/turn halfway for even browning. Cook until golden and crispy, serve hot.
