Ingredients

  • Bell peppers 6 pcs (600 g)
  • Sweet corn (boiled) 100 g
  • Cheese (grated) 100 g
  • Onion (finely chopped) 50 g
  • Bell pepper (finely chopped) 50 g
  • Garlic paste 5 g
  • Salt as per taste
  • Black pepper 1 g
  • Olive oil 15 ml
  • Fresh herbs (parsley/oregano) 10 g

Directions

  1. Slit the bell into halves and remove seeds. Set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix sweet corn, cheese, onion, chopped bell pepper, garlic paste, salt, pepper, and herbs.
  3. Stuff the prepared mixture into the bell peppers.
  4. Brush lightly with olive oil. Place in the air fryer basket or tray.
  5. Select roast mode at 180°C for 10 minutes until peppers are tender and slightly charred. Serve hot.
