Ingredients
- Bell peppers 6 pcs (600 g)
- Sweet corn (boiled) 100 g
- Cheese (grated) 100 g
- Onion (finely chopped) 50 g
- Bell pepper (finely chopped) 50 g
- Garlic paste 5 g
- Salt as per taste
- Black pepper 1 g
- Olive oil 15 ml
- Fresh herbs (parsley/oregano) 10 g
Directions
- Slit the bell into halves and remove seeds. Set aside.
- In a bowl, mix sweet corn, cheese, onion, chopped bell pepper, garlic paste, salt, pepper, and herbs.
- Stuff the prepared mixture into the bell peppers.
- Brush lightly with olive oil. Place in the air fryer basket or tray.
- Select roast mode at 180°C for 10 minutes until peppers are tender and slightly charred. Serve hot.
