Ingredients
- Boneless chicken 300 g
- Ginger-garlic paste 7 g
- Cumin powder 1 g
- Chicken 65 masala 10 g
- Green chilli 4 g
- Salt 2.5–3 g
- Lemon juice 10 ml
- Mustard seeds 1 g
- Curry leaves 3–4 g
- Egg 1 pc
- Cornstarch 7 g
- Rice flour 7 g
- Oil 7 ml
Directions
- In a bowl, mix chicken with ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, Chicken 65 masala, green chilli, salt, and lemon juice.
- Add egg (careful about the quantity of egg to avoid runny texture of marination), cornstarch, rice flour, and oil. Mix well to coat evenly.
- Let it marinate for 10–15 minutes.
- Place chicken pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry at 180°C for 10 minutes, shaking halfway.
- In a small pan, temper mustard seeds and curry leaves in a little oil.
- Toss the cooked chicken in the tempering and serve hot.
