Ingredients

  • Boneless chicken 300 g
  • Ginger-garlic paste 7 g
  • Cumin powder 1 g
  • Chicken 65 masala 10 g
  • Green chilli 4 g
  • Salt 2.5–3 g
  • Lemon juice 10 ml
  • Mustard seeds 1 g
  • Curry leaves 3–4 g
  • Egg 1 pc
  • Cornstarch 7 g
  • Rice flour 7 g
  • Oil 7 ml

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix chicken with ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, Chicken 65 masala, green chilli, salt, and lemon juice.
  2. Add egg (careful about the quantity of egg to avoid runny texture of marination), cornstarch, rice flour, and oil. Mix well to coat evenly.
  3. Let it marinate for 10–15 minutes.
  4. Place chicken pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Air fry at 180°C for 10 minutes, shaking halfway.
  6. In a small pan, temper mustard seeds and curry leaves in a little oil.
  7. Toss the cooked chicken in the tempering and serve hot.
