Ingredients
- Boneless chicken cubes-400-450g
- Corn flour -20g
- Egg-1 pc
- Black pepper-0.5g
- Salt to taste
- Peri peri powder-10g
- Bread crumbs-30-40g
Directions
- In a bowl, mix chicken with salt, black pepper, and peri peri powder.
- Add egg and corn starch, mix well to coat.
- Coat each piece with breadcrumbs. Assemble this on airfry basket in single layer.
- Select “air fry” mode at 180°C for 12–15 min, shaking halfway.
- Serve hot.
