Ingredients

  • Boneless chicken cubes-400-450g
  • Corn flour -20g
  • Egg-1 pc
  • Black pepper-0.5g
  • Salt to taste
  • Peri peri powder-10g
  • Bread crumbs-30-40g

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix chicken with salt, black pepper, and peri peri powder.
  2. Add egg and corn starch, mix well to coat.
  3. Coat each piece with breadcrumbs. Assemble this on airfry basket in single layer.
  4. Select “air fry” mode at 180°C for 12–15 min, shaking halfway.
  5. Serve hot.
