Choco Chip Cookie

Soft and chewy whole wheat chocolate chip cookies made with jaggery and ghee.

Ingredients

  • Ghee (2 tbsp) = 28 g
  • Jaggery (2 tbsp) = 25 g
  • Whole wheat flour (¼ cup + 1 tbsp) = 40 g
  • Baking soda (¼ tsp) = 1 g
  • Milk (2 tsp) = 10 ml
  • Chocolate chips = 20 g
  • Dark chocolate (2 chunks) = ~10 g

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix ghee and jaggery until combined.
  2. Add whole wheat flour and baking soda.
  3. Add milk and mix to form a soft dough.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips and chopped dark chocolate.
  5. Divide and shape into cookies.
  6. Place on a lined air fryer tray.
  7. Select Air Fry for 10–12 minutes or until lightly golden.
  8. Allow to cool before serving.
