Choco Chip Cookie
Soft and chewy whole wheat chocolate chip cookies made with jaggery and ghee.

Ingredients
- Ghee (2 tbsp) = 28 g
- Jaggery (2 tbsp) = 25 g
- Whole wheat flour (¼ cup + 1 tbsp) = 40 g
- Baking soda (¼ tsp) = 1 g
- Milk (2 tsp) = 10 ml
- Chocolate chips = 20 g
- Dark chocolate (2 chunks) = ~10 g
Directions
- In a bowl, mix ghee and jaggery until combined.
- Add whole wheat flour and baking soda.
- Add milk and mix to form a soft dough.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and chopped dark chocolate.
- Divide and shape into cookies.
- Place on a lined air fryer tray.
- Select Air Fry for 10–12 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Allow to cool before serving.
