Choco lava cake

A rich and indulgent chocolate dessert with a soft outer cake and a warm, molten chocolate center that flows out when cut.

Ingredients

  • chocolate- 100g
  • Butter- 10g
  • Milk- 120ml
  • Cocoa powder- 8g/ 2 tsp
  • All-purpose flour- 60g/4tbls
  • Powdered sugar- 20g/4tsp
  • Baking powder- 2.5g/½tsp
  • Baking soda- 1.25g/ ¼ tsp

Directions

  1. Melt your chocolate & butter together in microwave or double boiler method. Mix milk in it and keep it aside.
  2. Keep half of chocolate ganache in separate bowl.
  3. Sieve all dry ingredients in half left out chocolate bowl, give it good mix (Note: no lumps should be there).
  4. Grease your cupcake mould with butter & powdered sugar/cocoa powder.
  5. Preheat your airfryer on bake mode at 180°C for 5 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, pour batter followed by chocolate ganache then batter. Repeat the same process for all cupcakes (More the ganache will give you more lava).
  7. Carefully assemble these cupcakes in basket, set temperature for 180°C for 10minutes on bake mode. Press start.
  8. Once done, serve hot. Enjoy.
