Ingredients
- Fresh grated coconut – 1 cup
- Roasted chana dal – 2 tbsp
- Green Chilli – 1–2
- Garlic – 1 clove (optional)
- Ginger – ½ inch
- Salt – to taste
- Water – ½ cup (adjust for consistency)
- Oil – 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds – ½ tsp
- Curry leaves – 6–8
Directions
- Place all the ingredients in the order listed into the Ninja cup and blend for 30 seconds.
- Give it tadka by using ingredients mention in “for tempering” to make it more flavourful.
