Ingredients

  • Fresh grated coconut – 1 cup
  • Roasted chana dal – 2 tbsp
  • Green Chilli – 1–2
  • Garlic – 1 clove (optional)
  • Ginger – ½ inch
  • Salt – to taste
  • Water – ½ cup (adjust for consistency)
  • Oil – 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds – ½ tsp
  • Curry leaves – 6–8

Directions

  1. Place all the ingredients in the order listed into the Ninja cup and blend for 30 seconds.
  2. Give it tadka by using ingredients mention in “for tempering” to make it more flavourful.
