Ingredients
- Red bell pepper (small cube) 100-120g
- Tomato (roughly chopped) 170g
- Coconut milk 150g
- Garlic powder 3g
- Black pepper powder 1g
- Basil leaves 2g
- Red chilli flakes 1g
- Sugar 10g
- Salt 8g
- Olive oil 5g
- Bread stick/ toasted bread
Directions
- Move SmartSwitch to Air Fryer mode. Select Sear/Sauté at H5 (High). Add olive oil and heat for 3 minutes. Then add all seasonings, red bell pepper, and tomato, and cook for 15 minutes until soft and slightly roasted.
- Transfer the sauté mixture to a blender, add coconut milk, and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Serve hot with toasted bread or breadsticks.
