Ingredients

  • Red bell pepper (small cube) 100-120g
  • Tomato (roughly chopped) 170g
  • Coconut milk 150g
  • Garlic powder 3g
  • Black pepper powder 1g
  • Basil leaves 2g
  • Red chilli flakes 1g
  • Sugar 10g
  • Salt 8g
  • Olive oil 5g
  • Bread stick/ toasted bread

Directions

  1. Move SmartSwitch to Air Fryer mode. Select Sear/Sauté at H5 (High). Add olive oil and heat for 3 minutes. Then add all seasonings, red bell pepper, and tomato, and cook for 15 minutes until soft and slightly roasted.
  2. Transfer the sauté mixture to a blender, add coconut milk, and blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Serve hot with toasted bread or breadsticks.
