Crispy paneer strips wrapped in thin spring roll sheets and air fried until golden and crunchy.

Ingredients
- Paneer – 200 g
- Spring roll sheets / boiled noodles / samosa patti – 6–10 pcs
- Corn flour – ¼ cup
- Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
- Ketchup – 2 tbsp
- Soya sauce – 1 tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Black pepper powder – ¼ tsp
- Oil – for spraying
- Water – as required for thick slurry
Directions
Cut the paneer into medium strips.
In a bowl, combine corn flour, ginger-garlic paste, ketchup, soya sauce, salt and pepper. Add a little water and mix to make a thick coating slurry.
Add the paneer and coat evenly with the prepared mixture.
Cut the spring roll sheets or samosa patti into thin strips. Lightly drizzle or brush them with oil.
Wrap the coated paneer strips tightly with the thin pastry strips to create the thread-like appearance. Seal the edges with a little slurry if required.
Place the crisper plate in the Ninja CRISPi glass air fryer and arrange the wrapped paneer pieces in a single layer.
Lightly spray the wrapped paneer with oil.
Air Fry for 7 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Serve hot with ketchup or your favourite dipping sauce.
