Ingredients

  • Mango Pulp/puree (in house prepared) – 70–80g
  • Lemon Juice – 2ml
  • Sugar – 15g

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix mango pulp, lemon juice, and sugar until well combined.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly on butter paper.
  3. Select Dehydrate Mode at 55°C for 5 hours.
  4. Once dried and chewy, cut into strips, roll it and serve.
