Ingredients
- Mango Pulp/puree (in house prepared) – 70–80g
- Lemon Juice – 2ml
- Sugar – 15g
Directions
- In a bowl, mix mango pulp, lemon juice, and sugar until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly on butter paper.
- Select Dehydrate Mode at 55°C for 5 hours.
- Once dried and chewy, cut into strips, roll it and serve.
