  • Kiwi – as required
  • Black salt a pinch

Directions

  1. Peel and slice the kiwi evenly.
  2. Pat dry the slices completely.
  3. Arrange the kiwi slices in a single layer on the tray on butter paper. Sprinkle black salt over it (optional).
  4. Select Dehydrate Mode at 60°C for 4 hours.
  5. Cool completely before serving or storing.
