Ingredients

  • Dhokla premix/batter- 400-500g
  • Green chillies 1pc
  • Curry leaves 10-12pc
  • Mustard seeds 1gm
  • Oil 15ml

Directions

  1. Grease a dhokla tray/bowl/bake tray and pour the dhokla batter evenly.
  2. Add 250 ml water to the combi pan and place the bowl/tray in it.
  3. Slide the combi pan into LEVEL 1.
  4. Move the SmartSwitch to Cooker mode, select Steam function, set time 15minutes (the unit will steam/preheat for 5-7minutes before cooking).
  5. Cool down for 5-10minutes, then remove, cut into pieces, add tadka over it and serve with chutney of your choice.
