Ingredients
- Dhokla premix/batter- 400-500g
- Green chillies 1pc
- Curry leaves 10-12pc
- Mustard seeds 1gm
- Oil 15ml
Directions
- Grease a dhokla tray/bowl/bake tray and pour the dhokla batter evenly.
- Add 250 ml water to the combi pan and place the bowl/tray in it.
- Slide the combi pan into LEVEL 1.
- Move the SmartSwitch to Cooker mode, select Steam function, set time 15minutes (the unit will steam/preheat for 5-7minutes before cooking).
- Cool down for 5-10minutes, then remove, cut into pieces, add tadka over it and serve with chutney of your choice.
