Double Stack Tandoori Platter

Specially designed for the Ninja Double Stack Air Fryer, these 4 recipes can be cooked together using the Double Stack Pro feature for maximum cooking capacity. A smoky and flavourful platter featuring Paneer Tikka, Tandoori Mushroom, Tandoori Aloo, and crispy Baby Corn, perfectly air-fried with bold Indian spices.

Ingredients

  • Hung Curd – 200-250gm
  • Tandoori Masala – 40gm
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon Juice – 2pc
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste – 20g
  • Kasuri Methi – 1g
  • Corn Flour – 40gm
  • Oil – 20ml
  • Paneer – 150-200gm
  • Button Mushrooms – 150-200
  • Boiled Baby Potatoes – 150-200g
  • Baby Corn – 150-200gm

Directions

  1. In separate bowls, prepare marinades for paneer, mushrooms, boiled aloo, and baby corn using the listed ingredients. Mix well until evenly coated.
  2. Divide marinated in 4 bowls equally. Marinate all items for at least 20-30 minutes.
  3. Arrange paneer in tray of basket-1 and mushrooms on rack the basket-1. Arrange baby corn in tray of basket 2 and tandoori aloo on rack of basket-2.
  4. Select Basket 1 – Roast Mode – 190°C – 12 min
  5. Select Basket 2 – Roast Mode – 190°C – 12 min
  6. Select DOUBLE STACK PRO (important when cooking all 4 recipes together)
  7. Once done, serve hot with dip or chutney of your choice.
