Dual Zone Paneer Makhani
Specially designed for the Ninja Foodi Dual Zone, this recipe allows you to prepare the gravy and smoky paneer together using SYNC mode for a quick and convenient cooking experience. Creamy and rich paneer makhani made with smoky air-fried paneer cubes served in a buttery tomato-cashew gravy.

Ingredients
- Tomato (chopped) – 200g
- Onion (chopped) – 150g
- Cashew – 15gm
- Garlic-Ginger – 7g
- Ginger – 7g
- Butter – 10g
- Cream – 20g
- Kashmiri Chilli Powder – 2.5g
- Garam Masala – 3g
- Salt – to taste
- Kasuri Methi – 0.5g
- Oil – 15ml
- Paneer – 200g
- Corn Flour – 10g
- Hung Curd – 40g
- Ginger-Garlic Paste – 6g
- Red Chilli Powder – 3g
- Salt – to taste
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Black Pepper Powder – 1g
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, add hung curd, corn flour, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, salt, black pepper powder, and oil. Mix well to prepare the marinade.
- Add paneer cubes into the marinade and coat evenly. Marinate for 15–20 minutes.
- In a bake-safe bowl or silicone bowl, add chopped tomato, chopped onion, cashew, garlic-ginger, butter, Kashmiri chilli powder, garam masala, salt, kasuri methi, cream, and oil. Mix well.
- Place the gravy bowl in Basket 1 of the Dual Zone Air Fryer.
- Arrange the marinated paneer cubes in Basket 2 in a single layer.
- Select Roast Mode at 190°C for 15 minutes for Basket 2 (Paneer).
- Select Roast Mode at 180°C for 10 minutes for Basket 1 (Makhani Sauce).
- Once the gravy mixture cools slightly, transfer it into a grinder jar and blend into a smooth paste.
- Pour the smooth makhani gravy back into the bake-safe bowl.
- Add the roasted paneer cubes into the gravy and mix gently.
- Cook again on Roast Mode at 180°C for 3–5 minutes.
- Serve hot with naan, roti, or rice.
