  • 1 1/2 cups firm tofu, drained, chopped
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • Ninja Blast Max - BC251
  • Ninja Pro Blender - BL450

Directions

  1. Place all the ingredients in the order listed into the Ninja 532ml blend for 20 seconds.
