Farmhouse pizza

A cheesy, combi-baked pan pizza loaded with colorful veggies, spicy jalapeños, and gooey melted cheese. Crispy on the edges, soft in the center, and packed with bold Italian flavors — perfect for a quick homemade pizza craving.

Ingredients

  • Tomato purée (passata) or crushed whole peeled tomatoes – 450g
  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp (15ml)
  • Salt – ¼ tsp (1.5g)
  • Fresh basil leaves (torn) – 2–3 leaves 2-3leaves
  • Dried oregano (optional) – 0.25 g | tiny pinch 0.25g
  • Black pepper (optional) – 0.25 g | pinch 0.25g
  • Warm water- 100ml
  • Sugar- 5g, 1tsp
  • Active dry yeast-5g
  • Refine wheat flour-250g
  • Warm water required for making dough
  • Salt to taste
  • Onion- slice 40-50g
  • Sweet corn 20-30g
  • Jalapeno/paprika 20g
  • Bell pepper 50-60g

Directions

  1. Take combi pan, mix all ingredient mentioned in “to make pizza sauce”. Insert it into Level 1 of combi unit.
  2. Move Switch SmartSwitch to Air Fry mode and select the Sear/Sauté function at HI5. Press Start and cook for 10–15 minutes, until the mixture reduces to half and thickens into a dense mass.
  3. Take bowl fill with warm water, add sugar & yeast into it. Activate it for 10minutes. Once done make a soft dough by using all ingredients together mentioned in “to make pizza base”. Once done. Keep it dough into Combi pan.
  4. Move SmartSwitch to cooker mode, select prove function and set temperature at 35°C for 1hour. Press start.
  5. Place the pizza dough in the combi pan and gently stretch or roll it evenly according to the pan size.
  6. Spread an even layer of pizza sauce over the base, leaving a little space around the edges. Add a layer of mozzarella cheese for the perfect cheesy melt.
  7. Arrange your choice of toppings like onion, capsicum, jalapeños, olives, corn, paneer, or chicken.
  8. Top it with another layer of cheese. You can use mozzarella alone or a mix of mozzarella and cheddar for extra flavor. Note: - Sprinkle chili flakes, oregano, and a few basil leaves if desired.
  9. Move SmartSwitch to Air Fry mode, select the Pizza function, and set the temperature to 200°C for 12 minutes.Note: Depending on the thickness of the dough, the cooking time may vary. If the pizza is not fully cooked, cook it for a couple of more minutes until the base is crisp and the cheese is perfectly melted.
