Ingredients
- Boiled potato 200 g
- Blanch Spinach (2 cup, packed) 80 g
- Boiled Peas 100 g
- Ginger (grated) 5 g
- Black pepper 2 g
- Breadcrumbs 10 g
- Salt to taste
- Red chili powder 0.3 g/ a pinch
- Garam masala 0.3 g/ a pinch
- Chaat masala 0.3 g/ a pinch
Directions
- In a bowl, mix mashed potato, spinach, peas, and spices. Mix it well.
- Add breadcrumbs and shape into patties.
- Place kebabs in the air fryer basket. Bruhs/ spray over it.
- Air fry at 180°C for 15 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve hot with chutney
