Ingredients

  • Boiled potato 200 g
  • Blanch Spinach (2 cup, packed) 80 g
  • Boiled Peas 100 g
  • Ginger (grated) 5 g
  • Black pepper 2 g
  • Breadcrumbs 10 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 0.3 g/ a pinch
  • Garam masala 0.3 g/ a pinch
  • Chaat masala 0.3 g/ a pinch

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix mashed potato, spinach, peas, and spices. Mix it well.
  2. Add breadcrumbs and shape into patties.
  3. Place kebabs in the air fryer basket. Bruhs/ spray over it.
  4. Air fry at 180°C for 15 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Serve hot with chutney
