Ingredients

  • Fermented idli batter - 600-700g

Directions

  1. Grease the idli moulds and pour the idli batter into each mould.
  2. Add 250 ml water to the combi pan and place the idli stand over it.
  3. Slide the combi pan into LEVEL 1.
  4. Move the SmartSwitch to Cooker mode, select Steam function, set time 12 minutes. Close the door (the unit will steam for 5-7minutes before cooking).
  5. Once done, remove and serve hot idlis.
