Kerela style banana chips

Crispy and flavourful raw banana fry made easily in the air fryer with minimal oil.

Ingredients

  • Raw Banana – 2 pcs;
  • Turmeric – 1-2 g;
  • Oil – 10 ml;
  • Salt – to taste

Directions

  1. Peel and slice the raw bananas into thin rounds or strips.
  2. In a bowl, mix banana slices with turmeric, salt, and oil.
  3. Arrange the slices evenly in the air fryer basket. Select Air Fry mode at 180°C.
  4. Air fry for 8–10 minutes depending on the thickness of the slices.
  5. Flip halfway through cooking for even crisping.
  6. Serve hot as a snack or side dish.
