Ingredients
- Maida-250g
- Oil-30ml
- Salt-to taste
- Ajwain-1 tsp
- Water-as required
- Layering Paste: Maida-45g
- Corn Flour-45g
- Oil-80ml
Directions
- Mix maida,salt,ajwain and oil.
- Add water and knead smooth dough.
- Rest for 20 min.
- Prepare layering paste using maida,corn flour and oil.
- Roll dough and spread layering paste.
- Fold and laminate.
- Rest 15-20 min.
- Roll and cut into desired shapes.
- Select roast function at 180°C for 15 min until golden and flaky.
- Cool and serve.
