Ingredients

  • Bhindi (Okra) 250 g
  • Besan (Gram flour) 30 g
  • Rice flour (optional, extra crisp) 10 g
  • Turmeric powder 1 g
  • Red chilli powder 2–3 g
  • Coriander powder 2 g
  • Cumin powder 2 g
  • Garam masala 2 g
  • Amchur (dry mango powder) 2 g
  • Chaat masala (optional) 2 g
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Wash and dry the bhindi completely, then cut into thin strips.
  2. In a bowl, add bhindi, besan, rice flour, and all spices. Toss well to coat evenly (sprinkle some water if besan is not sticking to bhindi).
  3. Spread bhindi in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Air fry at 180°C for 10 minutes, toss in between.
  5. Cook until crispy and golden. Serve hot.
