Ingredients
- All-purpose flour 280-300 g;
- Instant yeast 3 g;
- Butter (melted) 28 g;
- Water (lukewarm) 120 g;
- Milk 60 g;
- Sugar 12 g;
- Salt 4-5 g
Directions
- In a bowl, combine lukewarm water, sugar and yeast. Let it rest for 5 minutes until frothy.
- Add flour, salt, milk and melted butter. Knead into a soft dough.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and shape into smooth balls.
- Place the shaped dough balls in a greased baking tray, keeping them slightly close to each other.
- Cover and let them proof in the same tray until doubled in size OR move the SmartSwitch to COMBI COOKER mode, select PROVE, and set time for 1 hour 30 minutes.
- Once proofed, prepare the unit: pour 200 ml (1 cup) water into the combi pan.
- Place the crisper plate over the combi pan, then place the baking tray with proofed dough on top.
- Close the door, select COMBI BAKE, set temperature to 180*C and time to 12 minutes. Press START/STOP to begin cooking.
- Once baked, remove the tray carefully and brush pav with butter.
- Serve warm.
