Malabar paneer with curry rice

Ingredients
- Rice 400g
- Water 1000ml
- Coconut oil 10ml
- Grated coconut 10g
- Curry leaves 2-3g
- Coconut oil 15g
- Coconut milk 200ml
- Fresh cubed paneer 200g
- Fresh grated coconut 45g
- Onion paste 100g
- Tomato paste 200g
- Ginger-Garlic paste 10g
- Curry leaves 2.3g
- Hing 0.5g
- Mustard seeds 2g
- Kashmiri red chilli whole 1pc
- Turmeric powder- 2g
- Coriander powder 5g
- Cumin powder 5g
- Salt 7g
- Water 100ml
- Coconut oil 10ml
- Curry leaves 10-12pc
- Mustard seeds 1g
Directions
- Place all Level 1 ingredients in combi pan, mix it well. Slide the pan into Level 1.
- For level 2: Take a bowl prepare paneer & veggies as per mentioned next to it, mix it well with all other ingredients including powdered and whole spices - everything (Note: don’t add coconut milk).
- Take bake tray, pour paneer mix base into it. Slide the bake tray into Level 2.
- Close the door and flip the SmartSwitch to COMBI COOKER mode. Select COMBI MEAL function, set temperature to 200°C and set time to 12minutes. Press start to begin cooking (the unit will steam/preheat for 5-7minutes before cooking).
- When cooking is complete, remove pan and tray. Drizzle tadka over Malabar paneer & mix it well. Serve hot with rice & enjoy (Note- mix rice with spatula before serving for even texture).
