Ingredients

  • Broccoli – 300–400g
  • Hung Curd – 200–250g
  • Green Chilli – 12g
  • Ginger-Garlic paste – 35g
  • Cashew – 30g
  • Processed Cheese – 50g
  • Chaat Masala – 0.5g
  • Fresh Cream – 30g
  • Corn Flour – 15g
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper Powder – 2g
  • Butter – 15g

Directions

  1. Cut broccoli into florets and blanch for 1–2 minutes. Pat dry completely.
  2. Take a jar add ingredient mentioned in “to make paste” grind it into thick fine paste (do not add water).
  3. In a bowl, combine the paste with hung curd. Mix it well with broccoli.
  4. Place marinated broccoli in air fry basket.
  5. Air fry at 180°C for 15 minutes, flipping halfway, until slightly charred.
  6. Serve hot with mint chutney.
