Ingredients
- Broccoli – 300–400g
- Hung Curd – 200–250g
- Green Chilli – 12g
- Ginger-Garlic paste – 35g
- Cashew – 30g
- Processed Cheese – 50g
- Chaat Masala – 0.5g
- Fresh Cream – 30g
- Corn Flour – 15g
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper Powder – 2g
- Butter – 15g
Directions
- Cut broccoli into florets and blanch for 1–2 minutes. Pat dry completely.
- Take a jar add ingredient mentioned in “to make paste” grind it into thick fine paste (do not add water).
- In a bowl, combine the paste with hung curd. Mix it well with broccoli.
- Place marinated broccoli in air fry basket.
- Air fry at 180°C for 15 minutes, flipping halfway, until slightly charred.
- Serve hot with mint chutney.
