Creamy and flavourful paneer tikka marinated in a rich cashew and cheese-based malai paste with fresh cream and hung curd.

 

Malai Paneer Tikka

Ingredients

  • Base Paste: Green chilli – 12 g
  • Garlic-ginger – 30 g
  • Cashew – 30 g
  • Processed cheese – 50 g
  • Chaat masala – 1 g
  • Fresh cream – 30 g
  • Corn flour – 14 g
  • Salt – to taste
  • Add-on Ingredients: Hung curd – 100 g
  • Paneer – 200 g, cubed
  • Bell pepper – as required, cut into cubes

Directions

  1. Add green chilli, garlic-ginger, cashews, processed cheese, chaat masala, fresh cream, corn flour and salt to a blender. Blend into a smooth, thick paste.

  2. Transfer the paste to a mixing bowl. Add hung curd and mix well to make the malai marinade.

  3. Add paneer cubes and bell pepper pieces. Gently toss until evenly coated. Marinate for 15–20 minutes.

  4. Arrange the marinated paneer and bell pepper in the Ninja CRISPi cooking vessel or thread onto skewers.

  5. Roast for 10 minutes, turning halfway through cooking for even browning.

  6. Serve hot with mint chutney and lemon wedges.
