Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen/fresh mango chunks
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon of honey or preferred sweetener of choice
  • ½ teaspoon cardamom powder

Directions

  1. Place all the ingredients in the order listed into the Ninja cup and blend for 30 seconds (if you are using fresh mango. add 2-3 of ice cubes).
