Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen/fresh mango chunks
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon of honey or preferred sweetener of choice
- ½ teaspoon cardamom powder
Directions
- Place all the ingredients in the order listed into the Ninja cup and blend for 30 seconds (if you are using fresh mango. add 2-3 of ice cubes).
