Crispy triangular papad pockets filled with a fresh, tangy and spicy masala mixture, air fried until crisp.

Ingredients
- Onion, finely chopped – 1 large pc;
- Tomato, finely chopped – 1 medium pc;
- Green chilli – 1 pc;
- Fresh coriander – 2 tbsp;
- Salt – ½ tsp;
- Chaat masala – 1 tsp;
- Kashmiri red chilli powder – ¼ tsp;
- Lime – 1 pc;
- Punjabi masala papad – as required;
- Water – for soaking papad;
- Oil – for spraying
Directions
Add the finely chopped onion, tomato, green chilli and fresh coriander to a bowl.
Add salt, chaat masala, Kashmiri red chilli powder and lime juice. Mix all the vegetables and spices well to prepare the masala filling.
Take a papad and briefly soak it in water until it becomes soft and pliable.
Place a portion of the prepared masala mixture in the centre of the softened papad.
Fold the papad over the filling and shape it into a triangle. Seal the edges firmly so the filling does not come out during cooking.
Repeat with the remaining papad and filling.
Place the stuffed papad triangles in the Ninja CRISPi cooking container and spray lightly with oil.
Select Air Fry mode and cook for 10 minutes, or until the papad is crisp and golden (flip in between).
Carefully remove and serve immediately.
