Ingredients

  • Masoor dal 100g
  • Hot water 800ml
  • Turmeric 2g
  • Salt as per taste
  • Ghee 15ml
  • Whole red chilli 1pc
  • Whole cumin seeds 2g

Directions

  1. Place 1 ingredients in combi pan, mix it well. Slide the pan into Level 1.
  2. Close the door and flip the SmartSwitch to COMBI COOKER mode. Select COMBI MEAL function, set temperature to 240°C and set time to 20minutes. Press start to begin cooking (the unit will steam for 5-7minutes before cooking).
  3. When cooking is complete, remove pan and tray.
  4. Give it a tadka by using additional ingredients. Serve hot. Enjoy.
