Ingredients
- Masoor dal 100g
- Hot water 800ml
- Turmeric 2g
- Salt as per taste
- Ghee 15ml
- Whole red chilli 1pc
- Whole cumin seeds 2g
Directions
- Place 1 ingredients in combi pan, mix it well. Slide the pan into Level 1.
- Close the door and flip the SmartSwitch to COMBI COOKER mode. Select COMBI MEAL function, set temperature to 240°C and set time to 20minutes. Press start to begin cooking (the unit will steam for 5-7minutes before cooking).
- When cooking is complete, remove pan and tray.
- Give it a tadka by using additional ingredients. Serve hot. Enjoy.
