Ingredients
- Moong dal 100 g;
- Hot water 800 ml;
- Turmeric 2 g;
- Salt as per taste;
- Ghee 15 ml;
- Whole red chilli 1 pc;
- Whole cumin seeds 2 g
Directions
- Place moong dal, hot water and turmeric in the combi pan and mix well.
- Slide the pan into Level 1.
- Close the door and flip the SmartSwitch to COMBI COOKER mode.
- Select COMBI MEAL, set temperature to 240°C and time to 20 minutes.
- Press START/STOP to begin cooking (unit will steam for 5-7 minutes before cooking).
- Once cooking is complete, remove the pan carefully.
- Prepare tadka by heating ghee, add cumin seeds and whole red chilli, then add salt. Pour tadka over the cooked dal.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
