  • Roasted peanuts – 80 g
  • Fresh coriander (dhaniya) – 40–50 g
  • Garlic cloves – 4–5
  • Dried red chillies – 2–3 (adjust heat)
  • Salt to taste
  • Water – 30–50 ml (as needed)
  • Lemon juice – 1–2 tsp (optional but recommended)
