Ingredients
- Wheat flour 90g
- Besan 30g
- Semolina 15g
- Baking powder 1.5g
- Green cardamom powder 1g
- Powdered sugar 80g
- Ghee/Butter 90g
Directions
- Mix wheat flour, besan, semolina, baking powder, cardamom powder in a bowl.
- Separately cream ghee/butter with powdered sugar until fluffy.
- Combine dry ingredients with creamed mixture to form soft dough.
- Shape dough into small balls, flatten slightly.
- Take a bake tray, brush butter/ghee over it & put naankhatai over it and slide the tray into Level 1.
- Switch the SmartSwitch to airfryer, select Bake mode at 160*C for 15 min or until light golden (flip in between if required).
- Cool before serving.
