Ingredients

  • Wheat flour 90g
  • Besan 30g
  • Semolina 15g
  • Baking powder 1.5g
  • Green cardamom powder 1g
  • Powdered sugar 80g
  • Ghee/Butter 90g

Directions

  1. Mix wheat flour, besan, semolina, baking powder, cardamom powder in a bowl.
  2. Separately cream ghee/butter with powdered sugar until fluffy.
  3. Combine dry ingredients with creamed mixture to form soft dough.
  4. Shape dough into small balls, flatten slightly.
  5. Take a bake tray, brush butter/ghee over it & put naankhatai over it and slide the tray into Level 1.
  6. Switch the SmartSwitch to airfryer, select Bake mode at 160*C for 15 min or until light golden (flip in between if required).
  7. Cool before serving.
