Ingredients

  • Maida (all-purpose flour) 125 g
  • Water (for kneading) 55–65 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Ajwain (carom seeds) 0.5 g
  • Ghee or oil (for moyan) 40 g

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, ajwain, and ghee/oil.
  2. Add water in batches and knead into a stiff dough. Rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Roll dough and cut into strips or diamond shape.
  4. Place pieces in the air fryer basket.
  5. Air fry at 180°C for 8 minutes, flip in between.
  6. Cook until golden and crisp.
