Ingredients
- Maida (all-purpose flour) 125 g
- Water (for kneading) 55–65 g
- Salt to taste
- Ajwain (carom seeds) 0.5 g
- Ghee or oil (for moyan) 40 g
Directions
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, ajwain, and ghee/oil.
- Add water in batches and knead into a stiff dough. Rest for 10 minutes.
- Roll dough and cut into strips or diamond shape.
- Place pieces in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 180°C for 8 minutes, flip in between.
- Cook until golden and crisp.
