Ingredients
- Paneer (cubes) 200 g
- Black pepper powder 1.25 g
- Cumin powder 2.5 g
- Red chilli powder 2 g
- Oil 5 ml
- Salt to taste
- Corn flour 50–60 g
- Water 30–40 ml
- Breadcrumbs 50–70 g
Directions
- In a bowl, mix paneer cubes with black pepper, cumin powder, red chilli powder, salt, and oil. Toss well to coat.
- Prepare a slurry by mixing corn flour and water to a smooth consistency (texture should be thick like idli batter).
- Dip each paneer cube into the slurry, then coat with breadcrumbs evenly.
- Place coated paneer in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry at 180°C for 10 minutes, flipping halfway. Cook until golden and crispy. Serve hot.
