Ingredients

  • Paneer (cubes) 200 g
  • Black pepper powder 1.25 g
  • Cumin powder 2.5 g
  • Red chilli powder 2 g
  • Oil 5 ml
  • Salt to taste
  • Corn flour 50–60 g
  • Water 30–40 ml
  • Breadcrumbs 50–70 g

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix paneer cubes with black pepper, cumin powder, red chilli powder, salt, and oil. Toss well to coat.
  2. Prepare a slurry by mixing corn flour and water to a smooth consistency (texture should be thick like idli batter).
  3. Dip each paneer cube into the slurry, then coat with breadcrumbs evenly.
  4. Place coated paneer in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Air fry at 180°C for 10 minutes, flipping halfway. Cook until golden and crispy. Serve hot.
