Paneer Tikka Masala is a rich and smoky North Indian curry made with grilled paneer cubes simmered in a creamy tomato-onion gravy flavored with aromatic spices.

Paneer- 200g (cube)
Curd- 100g
Besan- 1.5tbsp/40g
Ginger-garlic paste 1tbsp (15g)
Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 tsp (5g)
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp (2.5g)
Black pepper 1/4 tsp (1.25g)
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp (2.5g)
Salt as taste
Lemon juice 1/2 lemon
Mustard oil 1.5 tbsp
Capsicum, onion, tomato (diced) 1 each

Cooking oil 30 g
Cumin seeds 3 g
Onion (finely chopped) 200 g
Ginger garlic paste 15 g
Tomato puree 120 g
Coriander leaves 10 g
Red chilli powder 3 g
Coriander powder 3 g
Turmeric powder 2 g
Kasuri methi 1 g
Salt ~5 g (as per taste)
Garam masala 3 g
Kasuri methi 1 g
Directions
In a large bowl, add curd, roasted besan, ginger garlic paste, Kashmiri red chilli powder, cumin powder, black pepper, turmeric powder, salt, lemon juice, and hot mustard oil. Mix well to prepare the marinade.
Add paneer cubes, diced capsicum, onion, and tomato to the marinade. Coat everything evenly and let it marinate for 15–20 minutes.
Move the SmartSwitch to Air Fry Mode and insert the Combi Pan into Level 1.
Select SEAR/SAUTÉ function, set the temperature to HI 5, and press the button to start preheating.
Add cooking oil and cumin seeds to the pan. Sauté for a few seconds until aromatic.
Add chopped onions and cook until light golden brown. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for another minute.
Add tomato puree, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, Kasuri methi, salt, and garam masala. Mix well and cook the base gravy on SEAR/SAUTÉ at HI 5 for 12 minutes, stirring occasionally until the masala is well cooked.
Add a one teacup water to adjust the gravy consistency and mix well (adjust water as per your preference of texture).
Add the marinated paneer mixture to the prepared gravy and gently combine. Slide the pan into Level 1.
Close the lid and switch SmartSwitch to cooker mode, select COMBI MEALS function. Set the temperature to 200°C and cook for 10 minutes.
Once cooking is complete, carefully open the lid, mix gently, and garnish with kasuri methi and fresh coriander leaves.
Serve hot with naan, roti, or jeera rice.
