Pistachio Walnut Baklava

Crispy layered samosa sheets filled with nutty pistachio-walnut mixture and finished with sweet sugar syrup.

Ingredients

  • Walnut – 20g
  • Pista – 30g
  • Samosa Sheets – 12-15pcs
  • Butter – 40g
  • Water – 110ml
  • Sugar – 100g
  • cinnamon stick-1 pc

Directions

  1. Add walnuts and pista to a blender and grind into a coarse powder.
  2. Melt the butter and brush it lightly over each samosa sheet.
  3. Layer the samosa sheets while sprinkling the nut mixture in between layers, roll it.
  4. Place in the baking tray in air fryer basket .
  5. Select BAKE mode, set the temperature to 180°C, and bake for 15 minutes until golden and crisp.
  6. Meanwhile, prepare the sugar syrup by heating water,cinamon and sugar together until slightly sticky.
  7. Once the baklava is baked, pour the warm sugar syrup evenly over it.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy.
