Ingredients
- Poha – 100 g
- Peanuts – 20 g
- Roasted chana dal – 20 g
- Curry leaves – 5–7 g
- Green chilli (chopped) – 5 g (optional)
- Turmeric powder – 2 g
- Red chilli powder – 2 g
- Salt – 4–5 g (to taste)
- Oil – 15 ml
Directions
- In a bowl, mix poha with peanuts, roasted chana dal, curry leaves, oil, and spices. Mix it well for even coating.
- Remove tray from air fryer basket. Add mixture to the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at roast mode at 160°C for 10 minutes, shake in between for even roasting.
- Cool slightly before serving for extra crunch.
