Ingredients

  • Poha – 100 g
  • Peanuts – 20 g
  • Roasted chana dal – 20 g
  • Curry leaves – 5–7 g
  • Green chilli (chopped) – 5 g (optional)
  • Turmeric powder – 2 g
  • Red chilli powder – 2 g
  • Salt – 4–5 g (to taste)
  • Oil – 15 ml

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix poha with peanuts, roasted chana dal, curry leaves, oil, and spices. Mix it well for even coating.
  2. Remove tray from air fryer basket. Add mixture to the air fryer basket.
  3. Air fry at roast mode at 160°C for 10 minutes, shake in between for even roasting.
  4. Cool slightly before serving for extra crunch.
