Ingredients
- Mashed boiled potatoes 4 pcs
- Bread slices 4 pcs
- Cornflour 65g, 4tbsp
- Chilli flakes 12-14 g, 2-½tsp
- Oregano 4-6 g, 1tsp
- Salt to taste
- Coriander leaves as required
Directions
- Soak bread slices in water for a few seconds, then squeeze out excess water.
- Transfer soaked bread to a bowl and add mashed potatoes, cornflour, chilli flakes, oregano, salt, and coriander leaves. Mix well to form a thick uniform mixture.
- Take small portions and shape into triangles.
- Take a combi pan and add 150 ml (1 cup) water into it. Place the crisper tray over the pan and arrange the potato triangles on it, brush some oil on it.
- Move the SmartSwitch to COMBI COOKER mode.
- Select COMBI CRISP mode, set the temperature to 200°C and time to 20 minutes. Press START/STOP to begin cooking.
- Once done, carefully remove the pan. Serve hot with chutney or dip.
