Prawns pepper fry

Prawns Pepper Fry is a spicy and flavorful seafood dish made with juicy prawns tossed in freshly crushed black pepper, curry leaves, and aromatic South Indian spices.

Ingredients

  • Prawns - large/big - 500g
  • 1tsp, 5g red chilli powder
  • ½ tsp, 1g turmeric powder
  • 1tbsp, 15ml oil
  • 10pc curry leaves
  • 2pc Green chilli - slit
  • 1 medium size (60-70g) onion - finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp (15g) garlic - minced
  • 1 tbsp (15g) ginger- minced
  • 2tsp (10g) black pepper powder (adjust as per your spice level)
  • 1 tsp (5g) cumin powder
  • 1tbsp (15g) coriander leaves
  • 1tbsp (15ml) coconut oil

Directions

  1. Marinate prawns by adding all ingredients together mentioned in that section. Keep aside.
  2. Meanwhile prepare veggies as per mentioned in it. Take a bowl, add all ingredients together mentioned in “for base”.
  3. Mix prawns with base and spread this on bake tray evenly.
  4. Move the SmartSwitch to airfry mode, select airfry function at 180°C for 12minutes. (adjust as per size of prawns).
  5. Once done. Serve hot & enjoy.
