Prawns pepper fry

Ingredients
- Prawns - large/big - 500g
- 1tsp, 5g red chilli powder
- ½ tsp, 1g turmeric powder
- 1tbsp, 15ml oil
- 10pc curry leaves
- 2pc Green chilli - slit
- 1 medium size (60-70g) onion - finely chopped
- 1 tbsp (15g) garlic - minced
- 1 tbsp (15g) ginger- minced
- 2tsp (10g) black pepper powder (adjust as per your spice level)
- 1 tsp (5g) cumin powder
- 1tbsp (15g) coriander leaves
- 1tbsp (15ml) coconut oil
Directions
- Marinate prawns by adding all ingredients together mentioned in that section. Keep aside.
- Meanwhile prepare veggies as per mentioned in it. Take a bowl, add all ingredients together mentioned in “for base”.
- Mix prawns with base and spread this on bake tray evenly.
- Move the SmartSwitch to airfry mode, select airfry function at 180°C for 12minutes. (adjust as per size of prawns).
- Once done. Serve hot & enjoy.
