Ingredients
- Chickpeas (from 100 g dry, overnight soaked) – 240 g;
- Vegetable Oil – 14 ml;
- Salt to taste
- Cumin Powder – 2 g;
- Chili Powder – 2.5 g;
- Dried Oregano – 0.5 g
Directions
- Pat the chickpeas completely dry using a kitchen towel.
- In a bowl, combine chickpeas with vegetable oil, salt, cumin powder, chili powder, and dried oregano.
- Mix well until evenly coated.
- Transfer the chickpeas to the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Select Roast mode at 180°C. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
- Serve warm or allow to cool for extra crunch.
