Ingredients

  • Chickpeas (from 100 g dry, overnight soaked) – 240 g;
  • Vegetable Oil – 14 ml;
  • Salt to taste
  • Cumin Powder – 2 g;
  • Chili Powder – 2.5 g;
  • Dried Oregano – 0.5 g

Directions

  1. Pat the chickpeas completely dry using a kitchen towel.
  2. In a bowl, combine chickpeas with vegetable oil, salt, cumin powder, chili powder, and dried oregano.
  3. Mix well until evenly coated.
  4. Transfer the chickpeas to the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Select Roast mode at 180°C. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
  6. Serve warm or allow to cool for extra crunch.
